Enterprise's unmarried driver fee?
When Stacey Koprince rents a car with her partner in Hilton Head, S.C., there's an additional driver fee of a day -- a fee Enterprise had promised not to charge. What now? An Enterprise customer was charged a day for "each additional authorized driver other than a spouse or domestic partner" after the company promised not to charge her.
